Job Description
STV is currently looking for a Project Architect to join our Buildings Group in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities include leading design and development of multiple projects, managing multiple projects, and applying expert knowledge of architectural concepts, codes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Professional Architecture Degree
- 8+ years of related experience
- Licensure required
- Demonstrated strength of technical knowledge & design sensibility
- Demonstrated knowledge of 3D modeling & BIM documentation tools, including Revit and the Adobe Suite
- Demonstrated knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
- Demonstrated experience developing CD Sets, including detailing ability and coordination of consultants
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in the culture of the studio
