Job Description
Suger is hiring an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers. The role is responsible for taking customers from signed deal to fully live in production, ensuring they successfully launch marketplace listings, private offer workflows, co-sell integrations, and CRM sync.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions consulting, or RevOps
- Experience working with Salesforce and APIs, integrations, or technical SaaS products
- Strong project management experience with multiple stakeholders and timelines
