
Job description
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Perform physical installation, rack and stack, cabling, and networking of data center hardware.
Provide frontline technical support, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, perform physical installation, and monitor and maintain data center infrastructure.
Strong hardware system diagnostics skills, ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, and experience working in large enterprise environments.
