Provide desktop engineering support to clients, troubleshoot IT infrastructure, and maintain internal IT systems. Work in a fast-growing office in Singapore with a team of young professionals.
Troubleshoot critical problems, maintain IT infrastructure, and provide regular support for user desktop applications. Utilize technical and communication skills to resolve onsite trouble tickets and end user support issues.
Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly. Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management.
