Job Description
Manage and oversee engineering operations to ensure uninterrupted production and service utilities. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs while optimizing costs and ensuring compliance with Indonesian and CBL standards.
Requirements
- Ensure uninterrupted production by managing engineering operations effectively.
- Oversee service process equipment including Boilers, Generators, Electrical Systems, Compressors, ETP, Water systems, and HVAC.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, BPOM, and Halal requirements related to engineering and utilities.
- Lead new equipment development and modification to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize energy usage (coconut shells, electricity, RO water).
- Develop and mentor engineering team with focus on local succession pipeline.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
