The Senior Sales Development Representative is responsible for developing and managing commercial opportunities within their assigned territory, ensuring the quantity and quality of the sales pipeline through the use of CRM (Salesforce). The position drives sustainable revenue growth through the identification, development, and closure of new and existing opportunities, aligned with the company's electric solutions portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline of commercial opportunities within the assigned territory, ensuring accurate documentation, updating, and tracking in the CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities, as well as manage existing opportunities to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Manage assigned accounts and clients, driving growth and strengthening long-term relationships aligned with the company's commercial strategy.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations of TE Connectivity's electric solutions to current and potential clients.
- Implement commercial strategies to meet sales targets, bookings, pipeline coverage, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing) to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Regularly communicate market conditions, technological trends, key opportunities, and pipeline status to management.
- Lead and support commercial product launches and market positioning activities.
- Convert client technical requirements into competitive commercial proposals, ensuring value for the client and the company.
- Perform the role with 70% field work and 30% office work, with availability to travel within and outside the country.
