The selected Agile Coach will accompany the City of Quebec teams in their transition to agile methodologies, providing services and deliverables such as analyzing and implementing agile methodologies, accompanying teams in adopting agile rituals, and measuring and analyzing agile performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or project management
- 3 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist
- Master of agile frameworks
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles
