Coach agile

TEHORA is seeking an Agile Coach to support the City of Quebec teams in their transition to agile methodologies. The selected person will play a key role in adopting best practices, improving processes, and maximizing delivered value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or project management, with at least 3 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
• Possession of certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent (asset)
