TEHORA is currently looking for an Agile Coach to support the teams of the City of Quebec in their transition to agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Animate training and awareness-raising workshops on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Accompany teams (development, IT, business) in the adoption of agile rituals (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, etc.)
- Identify obstacles to agility and propose solutions to overcome them
- Collaborate with managers to align agile practices with the strategic objectives of the City
- Measure and analyze agile performance indicators (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
- Document processes and improvements made
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
