About the role

TEHORA is seeking an Agile Coach to accompany the City of Quebec teams in their transition to agile methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or project management, including 3 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
Possess certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent (asset)
