TEHORA is seeking an Agile Coach to accompany the City of Quebec teams in their transition to agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or project management, including 3 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
- Possess certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent (asset)
- Master Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles (asset)
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt their communication to different levels of hierarchy
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify areas for improvement
- Leadership and ability to inspire teams
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French
