Job Description
Bartholomotta Restaurants is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, encompassing staffing, financial management, menu development, and overall kitchen performance. This role requires a passion for exceptional customer service and a collaborative, family-oriented environment. The Sous Chef will ensure food quality, maintains kitchen equipment, and collaborates with the Executive Chef to elevate the guest experience.
