Case Manager 1 - MMWYAC (Middletown)

This full-time position provides case management services to homeless young adults and assists guests in a residential setting. The Case Manager 1 collaborates with the Program Director to ensure staff responds effectively to client needs and maintains safe facility operations.

Requirements

• Some Post-secondary education
• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years related experience in the direct service and case management field
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
