Job Description
The Program Director will oversee program operations, provide direct clinical and task supervision, and work collaboratively with funders and medical providers to establish wrap-around services. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience working in a residential/congregate care setting, and a trauma-informed environment.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Services discipline (i.e. counseling, psychology, social work)
- 3+ years related leadership experience
- Licensed or licensed eligible (LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC, LMFTA, LMFT)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance
