Requirements
- Serve as the primary supporting daily point of contact for assigned corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support Sales Account Executives with reporting, opportunity identification, and customer communications.
- Use Salesforce and internal systems to maintain accurate account data
- Support LMS integrations and troubleshooting
- Participate in quarterly account reviews and industry events as needed
