Assistent General Manager

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar type of restaurant.
• Knowledge of fish or wine is a plus.
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts.
• Living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
• Fluent in preferably Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Presentable, communicative, and a real team player.
• Detail-oriented and able to keep calm under pressure.
