General Manager

As a General Manager, you will lead a team of 20 to 50 colleagues, working closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations. You are the face of the restaurant and make sure every guest leaves with a smile.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Available to work 40 hours per week
• Willing to work both weekdays and weekends
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• A stress-resistant team player with strong communication skills
• Guest-oriented and passionate about hospitality
• You live in or around Amsterdam
