Requirements
- At least 7 years of executive support experience
- Experience supporting a financial executive is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, process improvements, etc.
- Experience reviewing, tracking, and managing contracts
- Professional maturity and ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Proven organizational acumen and interdepartmental coordination skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other products and the ability to quickly learn new software tools and systems
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or another AI platform
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and people matters
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Strong consulting and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work fast and well under pressure
