Job Description
In-House Legal Counsel role managing a high-volume litigation and claims workload, responsible for proactively managing customer legal claims, developing and implementing processes and litigation strategies, and supervising junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Managing a high-volume litigation and claims workload
- Producing and presenting MI, trend analysis and data-driven insights
- Contributing to the Group’s strategic approach to volume claims
- Providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to junior team members
- Working closely with General Counsel, Head of Litigation, and senior stakeholders
