
Job description
The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for software and installation support of the Toptracer Range technology, working as a first responder to Incident Support tickets and phone calls for technical support.
Respond to issues in a timely fashion, troubleshoot, collaborate with additional resources, resolve, and document technical problems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, ability to work in a multi-team environment, and knowledge of third-party software applications.
