SM Service Delivery & Innovation

This is a permanent position that involves strategic leadership of Aboriginal cultural-heritage protection and preservation initiatives across Transport for NSW. You will work with industry professionals, build partnerships with Aboriginal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with TfNSW Procedure for Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Consultation and Investigation (PACHCI).

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Expert knowledge of NSW cultural heritage, native title and land rights legislation/policy
• Extensive experience of its practical application in infrastructure and service delivery
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-year programs with multidisciplinary teams and vendors
• Experience developing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships
• Ability to communicate effectively to drive outcomes
