Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills. The role requires 1+ year maintenance or porter experience, beginner-level exposure to various trade skills, and a high school diploma or GED. The position involves maintaining property grounds, completing service requests, and responding to on-call and emergency service requests. Requirements
- 1+ year maintenance or porter experience
- Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools
- Understanding chemical safety procedures
- Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems
