We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at ReNew Marina Shores in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will support property upkeep, complete routine repairs, and build essential trade skills. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of maintenance or porter experience, preferably in multifamily.
