Requirements
- Successful completed studies in business administration, computer science, or a vocational training with a comparable background (alternatively equivalent professional experience)
- 2-3 years of relevant professional and project experience in the SAP HCM environment / SuccessFactors Employee Central or another HRIS, especially in the areas of master data, compensation/compensation management, payroll, time management, interfaces, and integrations
- Experience in internal HR organizations and in-depth understanding of the associated processes
