Upbound is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Customer Experience organization. This role will own the end-to-end post-sale engagement and account planning program for a portfolio of Fortune 2000 strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or post-sales technical delivery, with meaningful experience supporting Fortune 2000 or equivalent enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management or post-sales technical delivery
- Meaningful experience supporting Fortune 2000 or equivalent enterprise customers
- Executive-level communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with platform engineers and architects on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and DevOps workflows
- Active user of AI tooling
