Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic problem solver to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of customer success experience and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and training new clients, troubleshooting client problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Customer Success, Customer Service, Customer Support, Technical Support experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative department with rapidly changing conditions
• Excellent time management skills
• Public speaking or advanced presentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot client problems and complex product issues
