Wati is a full revenue orchestration system that empowers businesses through conversations. We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to scale and optimize our existing partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements
- Ecosystem knowledge of Wati's ecosystem
- Proven track record in leading partner managers, account management, or sales teams within a software company
- Leadership skills to lead global, distributed teams
- Strategic mindset to prioritize among partners and build long-term relationships
- 10 years of experience in partnership and at least 5 years of management experience
- Partner centric mindset
- Self-driven and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot)
- Strong communication skills
