Job Description
The Director of Insurance & Risk Management is responsible for developing and overseeing the comprehensive insurance and risk management program for Wells, collaborating with senior leaders and teams to safeguard the company's assets and protect against financial losses.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and oversee the organization's insurance program
- Evaluate and recommend policies and limits, negotiating terms and premiums
- Manage relationships with insurance brokers, underwriters, and external partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business operations and ensure adequate risk transfer and insurance requirements
- Oversee claims management process, including reporting, investigating, and resolving claims
- Lead, mentor, and develop the insurance and risk management team
