Sr. Customer Care Representative with Dutch (full remote)

As a Sr. Customer Care Representative with Dutch, you will handle 1st level escalations, support inbound inquiries, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in contact center or voice operations
• Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English
• Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree
• Understanding of Order Management and Customer Service processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
