As a Sr. Customer Care Representative with Dutch, you will handle 1st level escalations, support inbound inquiries, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2â4 years of work experience in contact center or voice operations
- Advanced proficiency in Dutch and English
- Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree
- Understanding of Order Management and Customer Service processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
