
Job description
WME is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support WME Group EMEA. This role will work across the agency’s businesses, including WME, 160/190, IMG Models, IMG Licensing, Done and Dusted. The role will report to WME’s IT Manager based in London (EMEA).
Monitor the Helpdesk system for incoming incidents and service requests, provide effective end-user computing support, work collaboratively with other IT team members and wider teams, and maintain flexibility in working hours.
Must be detail-oriented, willing to do the work, possess exceptional relationship-building skills, and enjoy working in a highly iterative, agile and fast-paced environment.
