
Job description
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be a key player in our Field Sales Operations organization, focusing on net new revenue growth and guiding new customers through a journey to leave legacy platforms behind and adopt Workday's enterprise management cloud. You will develop strategy, perform account planning, and initiate sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise prospects.
Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities, perform account planning, initiate and support sales of Workday solutions, develop relationships with net new customers, and negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to quickly establish trust with key stakeholders.
