Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Work experience with SAP and/or Payroll
• Experience in SAP HCM, global payroll and partner management
• Understanding of HR administration and payroll and salary accounting
• Experience in outsourcing HR, financial, IT or other business processes
• Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills
• Strong customer relationship management and process optimization skills
• High business and service orientation, analytical thinking and customer focus
