Job Description
We are looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Assist to join the Sales and Customer Success org at Zapier. The Sales-Assist team serves our core customer segment as they evaluate and buy Zapier’s products, acting as a dedicated sales point of contact primarily through Live Chat and secondarily through Calls and Email.
Requirements
- 6+ years of SaaS growth sales or upsell experience
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales or upsell teams
- Strong analytical horsepower, program ownership, systems thinking, and AI
- Ability to engage with both technical and business audiences
- Experience designing and operationalizing growth programs, sales plays, or GTM experiments
