We're looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer to join our team, who will provide exceptional support to customers, ensure seamless service levels, and develop close working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Provide customers with exceptional support, monitor and resolve issues and incidents, and ensure accurate and timely documentation of all requests and outstanding issues.
You will be a self-motivated, analytical person with strong communication skills, able to think laterally and logically, and provide effective training to make a difference to both customers and teams.
