
Job description
Serve as the last line of support for customers, troubleshooting complex issues escalated by other support teams, and become an expert engineer in Acronis' cyber protection solution. Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent products and services.
Troubleshoot technical incidents, build relationships with customers and partners, interact with engineering and business departments, train and mentor junior team members, and develop documentation and knowledge base.
2+ years of experience in advanced technical support, fluent English, and experience with Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, networking, virtualization, and business applications.
