
Job description
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support customers' needs, including installation, maintenance, and daily product support of proprietary software and services. You will interface with Engineering, Product, and Sales on a daily basis.
Provide general helpdesk support, knowledge base management, and technical guidance to users. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and create and maintain documentation for internal and external needs.
