The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in managing complex compensation programs.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee monthly commission calculations in alignment with ISS Stoxx compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive, organized records of commission earnings, adjustments, payouts, and supporting documentation, including procedure manuals.
- Design, adjust, and implement compensation incentive plans to support evolving business objectives.
- Deliver detailed, insightful compensation reports and analytics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for commission-related disputes or inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources; manage uploads into the sales compensation system with precision.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
