VP - Sales (Fintech)

Role Overview

This is a senior enterprise sales leadership role focused on driving high-impact revenue growth within the domestic payments ecosystem. You will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise merchants across key industries such as e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, and healthcare.

What You Will Do

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for domestic payment gateway solutions, from lead generation and engagement to negotiation and closure. Identify, target, and acquire high-value enterprise merchants across multiple sectors including e-commerce, fintech, travel, edtech, and healthcare.

10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services. Strong existing network and proven track record of selling to large enterprise merchants.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services
• Strong existing network and proven track record of selling to large enterprise merchants
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems including UPI, credit/debit cards, payment gateways, and aggregators
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with long and complex sales cycles
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior executive level
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to structure and close complex deals
