Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

Lead the safe and efficient operation of a chemical blending site, overseeing day-to-day operations and critical capital investment projects, and building a high-performing team.

What You Will Do

Lead the Engineering & Maintenance function, manage a team of 9 colleagues, drive preventive maintenance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage external vendors, and participate in investment planning.

Requirements

• Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role leading a team
• Proven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation
• Vendors & contractors management
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• KPI’s management
• Continuous improvement methodologies
