MSW degree, 1+ year of clinical geriatric experience, and valid California driver's license
Nurse Practitioner (NP) ElderCare Program
3 years of experience in geriatrics, palliative care, or primary care; strong assessment and diagnostic skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certified Coding and Billing Compliance Specialist
Certified coding specialist with 2+ years of experience in medical records coding and billing compliance, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of CMS regulations
Medical Records Assistant (Temporary)
Some college coursework, healthcare office experience, EMR experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail
Bereavement Coordinator
Master's degree in social work or counseling-related field, 2+ years of experience in healthcare or hospice, and excellent communication skills
Medical Social Worker
MSW degree from Council on Social Work Education, 1+ year clinical geriatric experience required
Social Services Director
MSW required, LCSW preferred, 5+ years of clinical experience, 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Nurse Practitioner
