Job Description
The Business Development Director will identify, negotiate and close new customers across the region, developing the overall sales and business development plan in a specified segment and/ or region in the Middle East. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development
- 5+ years direct or indirect work experience in the Money Transfer, Fintech, payments or Mobile Financial Services Industries
- CRM proficiency, Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
- Great networking skills
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus!
