Certification from a medical assistant program, one to two years of experience in a medical setting, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

High school diploma/GED required, at least one year of customer service or call center experience

High school diploma/GED, 1 year of front desk experience, 1 year of EHR experience

1 year of clinical experience, current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Ohio, and BLS certification required

Minimum 4-6 short requirements

Master's degree in a related CA exam, current NCCPA, and Ohio practice certificate. 100 hours of continuing medical education and passing recertification exam with minimum 12 hours of related pharmacology. BLS certification and basic understanding of EPIC

Associate's degree in social work, family development, healthcare administration, or a related field. 1-3 years' experience in case management, counseling, or working with vulnerable populations. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Medical assistant certification, 1-2 years of medical experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent required
